My job is to bridge the gap from where you are currently to where you want to be.
It’s a dynamic process. We’ll cover nutrition, hormones, gut health, lifestyle, habits, mindset, etc. We focus on what actually works for your body by assessing your biofeedback and utilizing specific data to customize things accordingly.
We’ll start with an intake phone call to see if we’d be a good fit to work together. If we are, most communication is via text and we’ll have a comprehensive email check in each week.
