One on one coaching
This is a deep dive into finding a sustainable plan for your life and your goals. My job is to bridge the gap from where you are currently to where you want to be. It’s a dynamic process. We’ll cover nutrition, hormones, gut health, lifestyle, habits, mindset, etc. We focus on what actually works for your body by assessing your biofeedback and utilizing specific data to customize things accordingly. We’ll start with an intake phone call to see if we’d be a good fit to work together. If we are, most communication is via text and we’ll have a comprehensive email check in each week.
One on one coaching plus custom training
This includes everything above with the addition of individual program design based on your Neurological profile.
Custom neurotype training
We’ll start with an assessment to determine your Neurotype and your training goals. Then we’ll build a custom program around that.
Neurotype training groups
These groups are 12 weeks of training and learning! They run approximately every 4 months. You’ll learn all about the Neurotyping system, how your Neurotype impacts your training, nutrition, and life, and you’ll receive a 12 week training template that fits your neurological profile. This is guaranteed to change the way you train and how you think about training for the rest of your life!
